The Alice Sanctuary is a private home and is therefore only open to the public during tours and events
→ please do not show up outside of a booked tour or eventTours are held through the summer months, the dates of which are typically released in May
Events happen throughout the year, and will be announced on Instagram and available to book on eventbrite

The donation form we use (powered by Canada Helps) accepts payment via credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Canada Helps gift cards

Due to the higher administrative cost of donations via cheque, e-transfer, and PayPal transfer, we are phasing out these payment methods
Using the donation form you are able to pay via PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Canada Helps gift cards
If you are unable to make a donation using these methods, you can send cheques or e-transfers to the addresses found in the footer

Our capacity to accept animals is limited, as it depends on available resources and space
While we try and help as many animals as we can, please note that we may not be able to provide help at this time

Many of the residents here love to be pet or scratched, but please note that interactions with them are always on their terms
We never force our residents to interact with guests

Children must be at least 5 years old to attend a tour and must be accompanied and supervised by an adult during their visit
Tours consist of standing and walking through the sanctuary, and while you are able to bring a stroller, you won’t be able to use it in the animal paddocks where most of the tour takes place

The families here include horses, cows, mini ponies, donkeys, mules, big pigs, pot-belly pigs, goats, sheep, llamas, ducks, geese, turkeys, hens, roosters, barn cats, and rescue pups
